The intensity and focus of each class is custom tailored to your needs!!!
What better way is there to kick off the day then with yoga!
This class usually begins with neck, arm, shoulder, and back stretches to awaken the body and mind. Then we
move into hip and leg stretches, while still on the floor. From here we move into standing poses, which may
include Moon Salutations (a sequence of side stretching poses) and/or Sun Salutations (a sequence of
forward and backward stretching poses, along with arm and hip opening poses). Then we may do some
balancing and strength building poses. After the standing sequence, we usually move back to the floor for cool
down poses (which may include leg stretches, hip openers and stretches, and spinal twists).
We end with a few minutes in savasana (corpse pose) to let your body take in all that we
have done throughout the class.
This gentle flowing vinyasa class will not only awaken your mind and body, but it will also kick start
your digestive system, detoxify your body, and calm and restore your mind as well as your body.
To ensure a gentle and invigorating class there is delicate music playing softly in the background and depending on
the day there may be a guided relaxation to help ease you into your day.
This is a sixty minute class that is suitable for all ages and experience levels.

any health issues or injuries, please mention before class begins so the
needed modifications can be given.
