You don't have to have any knowledge of yoga to participate or enjoy the class!

Pictures can be taken and added to the site so you can show your friends and family!

Supplies are provided for this workshop if needed.

About Partner Yoga
Partner Yoga takes elements of both Vinyasa and Yin style yoga and incorporates working off of a partner.
This style can help you connect with your partner, friend, or loved one. With this style you can go deeper
with the help of your partner, it also helps to increase strength.
 

This style also focuses on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength and flexibility.


This class is suitable for all ages and experience levels.

Please note: If you have any health issues or injuries, please mention before class begins so the
needed modifications can be given.
